These general terms and conditions of sale govern purchases made on our online store.

By ordering a Quartzophone® product, you agree to the terms below.

The Quartzophone workshop is located at 1525, chemin Bel-Horizon, Sherbrooke (Quebec), Canada J0B 2C0.

2. Products

Our Quartzophone® instruments are handcrafted using high-quality materials. Photos, descriptions, and technical specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated). Shipping is free in Canada.

4. Orders

Placing an order on our website implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept major secure payment methods offered through our platform (credit card via Clover).

6. Delivery

Manufacturing and delivery times may vary depending on the product. An estimated time frame is provided when ordering. Quartzophone® cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

7. Warranty

Our instruments are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with our refund policy, you have 14 days to request a return, except for customized or made-to-order items.

9. Return and Refund Policy

At Quartzophone®, customer satisfaction is a priority. Each instrument is crafted with care and precision to offer a unique and authentic sound experience.

A) Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

B) Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return :

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

D) Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

E) Items Damaged Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
