The crystal lyre is today one of my most precious instruments. It carries an ethereal, even stellar vibration, along with a purity that resonates with the depths of the Essence. Its clear and airy tone seems to suspend time. Each of its notes weaves a subtle architecture in space, enveloping the body and consciousness with an evolving clarity. Tuned in full C major, it is at once gentle, stable, balanced, and penetrating.<\/p>

When I teach yin yoga, I sometimes play the crystal lyre throughout the session. Its crystalline resonances accompany the postures held in slowness, supporting release, inner listening, and the deep opening of tissues. It is an instrument perfectly suited to contemplative practices.<\/p>

I also use the 15-tube harp made of canary wood, tuned to a pentatonic scale with varied octaves. It emits a more organic, vibrant, and enveloping vibration. I often use it during individual sound therapy sessions, while the crystal lyre integrates wonderfully into my vibrational concerts, in perfect synergy with my crystal bowls.<\/p>

These instruments are true companions of light, carriers of an authentic vibration, crafted with care and finesse. I highly recommend them to any sound practitioner, yoga teacher, or anyone seeking a deep, inspired, and aligned vibrational tool.<\/p>

I discovered the crystal harp in 2015 during a sound performance, and I was immediately surprised by the effects of the vibrational sound on my body.<\/p>

Having experienced significant health issues, I decided the very next day to acquire my first crystal harp. Over time, with regular practice, I regained a sense of serenity, harmony, and well-being.<\/p>

With a background in science, I explored the benefits of crystal vibrational sound to expand the possibilities for better health.<\/p>

I discovered many potentials through a combination of research, testing, and experience with my practitioners. This led me to develop and validate a precise and structured 45-minute self-healing protocol that I teach and have named Cristalophonie\u00ae. It is designed to allow a gentle and profound rise in what the brain and body can gradually receive.<\/p>

The structure is based on what I know from science and is particularly suited for practicing meditation, deep relaxation, and intense release to alleviate pain, stress, depression, burnout, tinnitus, and to boost the immune system, vibrational frequency, and self-confidence\u2026 In fact, the vibrational sound of a crystal harp from Quartzophone\u00ae, as I use it in my protocol, acts on the physical, emotional, and mental levels.<\/p>

The sound is pure and powerful; it emits frequencies that resonate with the brain and water\u2014making it virtually impossible not to feel something during a session following my structure (the brain controls all organs, and the body is 70% water).<\/p>

This instrument is, for me, both a discovery and a life mission\u2014to support others in finding greater well-being and, sometimes, to complement medical treatments, as the testimonials I receive are both unexpected and positive.<\/p>

I'm so delighted with my Quartzophone, it's an instrument that I describe as magical!<\/p>

Before I saw it, I doubted I'd like the contrasting look between its wood frame and the crystal, but in the end it's so beautiful that I personally preferred it to the transparent model (crystal lyre), which is also magnificent.<\/p>
